I am a licensed social worker, with experience working with individuals and groups experiencing addiction issues, women's issues, anxiety, depression, life changes and transitions, among other issues. I use a variety of healing modalities, as I believe truly healing encompasses the mind, body and soul. Some of my therapy approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based relapse prevention, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused and strength-based perspective.
