Welcome to my profile! Doing your diligent research is the first step to change. I am a licensed mental health counselor. I specialize in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, and substance use. I have experience working in multidisciplinary settings including schools, psychiatric medical center, and telehealth provider. In addition, I do have experience in a variety of other specialties ranging from high-functioning struggles to crisis care. I have worked clinically with diverse populations ranging in age and cultural backgrounds, and provided trauma-informed trainings to professionals and volunteers My therapeutic style is very understanding, empathetic, and non-judgmental. In my practice, I take into account each individual has their own unique journey and needs. I work collaboratively with my clients. I utilize a trauma-informed approach, and integrative techniques from a variety of therapeutic approaches including person-centered, CBT, and DBT.
