Our lives are full of responsibilities and roles that are sometimes challenging and we want more or to handle it all better. If you experience difficulty with high expectations, low motivation, ideas of perfectionism, feeling anxious or low; let's work together because we do not succeed alone. By having multiple roles and relationships, there is a great deal that we carry on our shoulders.
