I am an LMFT. My family returned to Northeast Florida after my husband retired from active duty. I use my 10+ years of mentoring in various fields and my knowledge as a military spouse, a mother, and a parent in a blended family to approach my clients in an empathetic manner and assist them in creating achievable goals, repairing bonds, and becoming their best selves.
