I provide a safe, supportive space where adults and couples can feel heard and work toward meaningful change. I help clients understand how their experiences have shaped them and use their strengths to heal and grow. I work collaboratively with clients to create goals at a pace that feels right. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, and life transitions, with extensive experience working with young adults entering or adjusting to college, including managing anxiety, academic pressure, and social transitions. Couples counseling focuses on communication, conflict management, and strengthening connection. My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual or couple's needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. For clients who desire it, I offer Christian, faith–integrated counseling, thoughtfully incorporating faith into the therapeutic process.
