As an immigrant I love working with other's who question identity and meaning in life. My goal is to empower you, finding strengths, reducing negative thought cycles (anxiety, depression) and teaching you to untie emotional knots and to live authentically. You will leave having better relationships with yourself, and others. Believe it or not we will do a lot of laughing while we work. Experience: creativity, work/life balance, sexuality, anxiety, leadership, neuropsychotherapy, couples therapy,premarital/dating, stress reduction. I have trained in diverse settings (including fellowship at BU's Danielsen Institute).
