We all go through tough times in our lives, times when we feel overwhelmed or lost, and when we need help to cope with it all and find a new path. I work with adults who are struggling with a wide variety of issues--parenting, adjustment issues, depression or anxiety, grief or loss, domestic violence, trauma and PTSD, and relationship issues just to name a few. I provide a safe, supportive, nurturing environment where clients can explore their inner thoughts, feelings and experiences and can rediscover what they need to feel happier and more at peace with their lives.
