Welcome! I enjoy helping adults and teens over 16 make positive changes in their lives around mental health, wellness, relationships, family, school and career. I have worked in DEI, wellness, integrative medicine and perinatal mental health settings, which helps to inform my work with parents, students and anyone who wants to integrate past experiences, become more resilient and step more fully into life's choices.
