I am an Intern at Montooth Counseling. I am particularly passionate about supporting women and members of the LGBTQ+ community, helping them feel seen, empowered, and whole. While those populations are close to my heart, I welcome all who want to heal and grow. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Person-Centered Therapy. I have a strong interest in working with individuals with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
