I have over 10 years of mental health experience working with a wide range of clients including children, adolescents and adults. I have worked in multiple settings including foster care, the criminal justice system, a Veteran's hospital and a nationally recognized university. I have experience in crisis management and safety planning with high-risk clients. I am experienced with working with clients with depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues and trauma. My clients will be open to make changes and receive honest feedback on their progress. We will work collaboratively on therapy goals throughout the course of treatment.
