Hi! I am a Massachusetts social worker with current telehealth openings. My clients are adult individuals who are ready to make some positive life changes. Many are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, adjustment to life changes, relationship challenges, grief, parenting challenges, caregiver stress, and that general “stuck” feeling. I work together with you, offering a safe space to process issues in your life that may be holding you back, engage in thoughtful problem solving, and help you build coping skills to move forward with your personal goals.
