My expertise is in child & adolescent anxiety reduction, OCD, Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s and tics. I empower clients and families by providing education, support and tangible skills within a strengths-based model. I incorporate warmth, humor, and transparency into sessions. I strongly believe in the benefit of working collaboratively with parents when possible. I use evidence based approaches like CBT, ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), SPACE, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused CBT), CBIT as well as Filial Therapy that improves the parent-child attachment.
