My clients achieve practical, reliable tools to overcome anxiety and depression. Many are mothers who value my deep understanding of their unique challenges—shaped by my experience raising a large family. Others come to process the lasting impact of trauma or loss, work through their pain, and rediscover a sense of joy. Having lost both of my parents within four months, I understand the profound cost of love and the depth of grief that follows. This experience has also led me to offer home visits for clients with limited mobility. I’m especially passionate about helping people build strong self-esteem and meaningful life stories.
