My goal is to encourage, and equip individuals and families to find their true self. My focus in therapy is with anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma and attachment. I am trained in Brainspotting, DBT, and Prepare Enrich. I am able to integrate a Christian approach for those who want a faith-based therapy. I utilize a lot of CBT, DBT, IFS, and ACT in sessions to get to the best core self every person has. I enjoy working with individuals as young as 4 years old all the way up through adulthood. I work with individuals, couples and families.
