EMDR trained. My general practice includes a strong background and interest in Trauma work, and I include EMDR into my Psychodynamic approach. I believe in a holistic approach with an appreciation that the mind, body, brain and spirit are intimately intertwined and impacted by one another. Therefore, I focus as much on client’s strengths as I do on their challenges. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, helping clients bring unconscious thoughts and behaviors to the conscious, helping clients shift to more effective and fulfilling patterns of functioning.
