As a therapist, with over a decade of experience, I believe services related to mental health should be as normal and attainable as those related to physical health. Science, with a personal and creative drive, should guide these services. I have sought out the best in education and training to provide this level of care to clients. I have focused much of my practice on the impact of trauma and traumatic stress on the person, family, and community, completing extensive and ongoing training. This includes being nationally certified in TF-CBT and pursuing certification in EMDR Therapy. I am able to see clients ages five and up. I have recently began to pursue International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals training and supervision. I am eager to work with individuals negatively impacted by Binge Eating Disorder and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder.
