Are you navigating a major life change, coping with illness, or carrying the weight of grief and loss? Do you find yourself feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, or struggling with the challenges of relationships, parenting, or young adulthood? I offer a warm, empathic space where you can feel understood and supported as you make sense of your experiences and discover new ways forward. I work with adults across the lifespan, including adolescents and young adults, and have particular experience supporting people facing cancer and chronic illness, bereavement, and difficult transitions. Together, we’ll explore your strengths and values, build practical coping strategies, and deepen self-understanding. My approach is integrative and grounded in a psychodynamic frame, while drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and meaning-centered therapy. I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective to our work.
