Last Updated: August 29, 2025 I am accepting new clients. Many people have experienced trauma in some form during their life. At times this trauma is a single obvious event, but at other times it is a chronic compilation of small events that led to feeling unsafe or unlovable. Along with trauma can come a host of secondary mental health and physical symptoms such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain, headaches, and many more. In successfully treating past trauma, I find that clients are able to live happier and healthier lives free of the constant triggers and emotional baggage they experience on a daily basis.
