Navigating relationships is complex! I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to improve communication, manage conflict, express emotions more effectively, and strengthen their connections. Together we will consider the broader relational, environmental, and cultural contexts (past and present) that shape beliefs and patterns that negatively influence the dynamics within yourself and with others. Often these exist outside one’s awareness. Through greater understanding, compassion, and intentionality, we can shift those patterns in ways that foster personal and relational growth. I am Gottman Method Level 1 trained and use evidence-based tools to guide couples through conflict, enhance friendship and intimacy, repair/build trust, and create shared meaning in their relationship.
