I enjoy working with a variety of people and have extensive experience assisting individuals experiencing trauma related disorders, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I work with adults of all races, cultures, sexual orientations, gender orientations, and religions. I assist clients to explore ways stresses, traumas, and significant relationships have influenced them so that they may lead a more full, satisfying life. I'm an integrative therapist and am most influenced by EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy working with parents and supporting them in the difficulties of parenting.
