Whether your current life circumstances , or specters from the past, are causing you anguish, we will partner together to identify those thoughts and behaviors that are interfering with your ability to develop a life based in dignity, joy and purpose. We will work together to formulate a treatment plan that will provide you with the tools and strategies necessary to make and sustain the life changes that you desire. Couples welcome -incorporating the Gottman and Perel methodologies- As a clinical social worker for over 25 years, I've assisted patients with issues including: women's issues, substance abuse, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma,sexual abuse/dysfunction, adjustment to illness, death and dying/grief work, parenting issues, codependency, couples/ relational issues and family systems therapy.
