Life is full of challenges, which I view as opportunities for growth and learning. I join alongside clients age 17+ who are facing a wide range of issues including: navigating life transitions, relationship conflicts and endings, academic or professional concerns, adjusting to changes at home or in the family structure, parenting challenges, difficulties with executive function, establishing boundaries in relationships, healing from past trauma, and navigating grief and loss. We are all on our own journeys and I welcome the opportunity to join you on yours. I incorporate a trauma-informed lens to my work and seek to understand how past experiences have shaped our current disposition and automatic responses.
