The healing process of therapy is a gift that I am passionate about. There are many conflicting experiences from our past to the present state of the world that affect us. You are not alone and do not have to face it all alone. My approach is intended to help find deeper meaning and further your self understanding. Using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I assist people with increasing life balance while working toward mutual, reachable goals. I practice in a nonjudgmental, empathetic way.
