Have you found yourself saying, "I don't even know who I am anymore?" Or maybe you would say, "I'm not sure I've ever known who I am." Did you know you cannot have self-esteem without a Self to esteem? Perhaps you have been taught in some way not to go within to find that Self. Spiritual/religious abuse, one of my specialties, can prohibit such internal explorations. But other forms of abuse, traumas and familial/social/cultural pressures can cause us to avoid going within. My job is to help you traverse your own inner terrain to find authenticity and healing. When we go within, we find that Self, who becomes our guide and healer.
