Life can feel overwhelming, and having support can make a meaningful difference. I am a licensed social worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, grief and loss including perinatal loss, trauma, and life transitions. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure where to start or trying to manage everything on their own, and I strive to offer a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded.
