I am a therapist specializing in trauma and helping clients develop corrective emotional relationships and healthy attachments. I apply innovative techniques such as EMDR and somatic awareness for trauma, depression and anxiety. I draw from many treatments and I employ a diverse body of proven interventions to achieve treatment goals. At Pacifica Graduate Institute, I gained a creative depth psychology base while studying many cutting-edge modalities. By using dream work, psychodrama, sand tray, and sensorimotor therapies, I have enriched my practice beyond talk therapy as alternative methods to reach the unconscious.
