I strive to build a comfortable place to establish a relationship by respecting each person's timeline for opening up and sharing details of their life. I provide a safe environment to foster healing and growth through supporting and empowering you on your personal journey. I have experience in mind and body connection, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral challenges in children and teenagers, relationship challenges, and substance abuse.
