We all have times when we feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. You may feel unsure where to even start to begin healing or change. I partner with individuals, couples, and families to get clarity. In our work together, clients develop a new understanding of themselves and begin making movement toward change. My training and experience includes couples' issues, blended families, life transitions, parent/teen issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss. With couples, I hold space for you to feel safe, gain insight about yourself and your partner, and grow your relationship stronger.
