Each one of us has an inherent worth apart from the work we do, people we serve, and labels we receive from others as well as ourselves. There are certain needs that each person has that shape the way we see and experience the world. These needs consist of feeling valued, having your own unique identity, being heard or validated, being seen, known and accepted. Lastly, having a sense of connection and authenticity with others. These do not come easily in our world today as we are taught the opposite and in turn we don’t have a clue how to identify our needs, let alone communicate this to others. Let me help teach tangible tools.
