I am a Licensed Master Social Worker based in Michigan with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. I earned my master’s degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through times of change and hardship. My work focuses on helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship stress, and burnout. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My ideal client is an adult who is feeling weighed down by the demands of life — whether that’s anxiety, depression, grief, relationship stress, or burnout — and is ready to seek support. They may appear strong and capable on the outside but often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or alone on the inside.
