Healing happens in a space of validation, trust, and cultural understanding. I specialize in PTSD and trauma, BPD, substance and alcohol use disorders, relationship issues, and anxiety. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based and integrates DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and parts work to help clients navigate life’s challenges. I'm in the process of becoming EMDR trained. My experience spans private practice, addiction treatment facilities, and trauma-specialized centers. I also offer services in Spanish, and work with couples and families. As a therapist, I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and utilize a multicultural perspective.
