Are you ready to be entirely yourself and stop living your life for the comfort of others? I utilize a neurodivergent-affirming lens, with a strong emphasis in self acceptance and trauma resolution. I utilize non-behaviorist interventions with a strong emphasis on attending to sensory needs, enviornment, building community and self-love. For parents, I emphasize alternatives to behaviorism with a focus on understanding and attuning to a child's needs so that they can grow into their most authentic self.
