I'm currently full- but my Mindful Way colleagues may still have openings. Making the step to come to therapy is a hard one. I feel honored to provide a warm, safe, and compassionate space for you to share your story and truly be heard. I believe you are the expert on your relationships, health, emotions, and body. I work with Adults and children (ages 2-7). I welcome folks of all backgrounds (ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation) and strive to provide a safe, comfortable, culturally responsive environment that supports your healing journey.
