My goal is to offer a supportive, grounded space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing, at your own pace. I value building genuine, trusting relationships and I believe healing happens in the context of feeling safe, seen, and heard. I have extensive experience helping individuals who are moving through major life transitions and uncertainty.
