Are you feeling disconnected? Are you struggling to feel present and whole in a world in a hectic world? I offer psychotherapy to individuals age 12 and older who are enduring various life challenges. Clients who work with me are often looking for long-term talk therapy that can help them learn more about themselves and get to the root of an issue. Examples include navigating queer/trans identities as a BIPOC individual and unlearning the narratives taught by the oppressive systems we reside in.
