Welcome! I believe people choose therapy because they want something in their life to change. Whatever the issue, change IS possible. I am passionate about emotional wellness and want to support you in your pursuit of it. My goal is to create a safe, inviting, collaborative, and judgement free space. Whatever you are going through, you don't have to do it alone. You are the expert of your life. This is YOUR journey and I am here to support you. We will work together to identify your therapy goals. I will be present for you; listening and providing tools and resources along the way. I utilize an eclectic blend of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person centered, Solution Focused Brief, Mindfulness and DBT skill sets.
