I have training and experience working with children and adolescents on issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns and developmental disorders. I enjoy doing work on parenting and improving family functioning by treating the whole family system. Of particular interest to me is helping individuals who are on the autism spectrum and their families learn healthy ways to find success in daily life. I also enjoy working with young adults who have cognitive and developmental challenges transition towards independence. In my work with adults, I often treat a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression and life transition.
