If you are looking to explore your feelings, process grief or heal trauma, I have been helping clients do this for the past 27 years. Just as a GPS helps you find the right path, I'll work with you to identify the underlying issues that may be holding you back. We'll explore your past experiences, including childhood memories, family dynamics, and unresolved grief to understand how they shape your present. Together we can chart a course towards healing, growth and transformation. I provide trauma-informed therapy in a supportive and safe space free of judgement and full of warmth and empathy. My approach recognizes the whole person and integrates evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness.
