You're eager to learn how to live in alignment with yourself instead of feeling like your own enemy. Maybe there are certain experiences you've gone through that weigh on your heart and mind, or barriers that get in the way of living the life you want. I help adolescents and adults overcome trauma and insecurity, rebuild confidence in themselves, and navigate the world with a greater sense of ease, trust, and connection. I specialize in CPTSD, trauma, body acceptance, self-worth, emotional regulation, and grief integration. I support clients in expanding their capacity to navigate the ups and downs of life, find more joy and acceptance, and free themselves of patterns that no longer serve them. I'm a Certified Complex Trauma Professional and use an integration of EMDR, Somatics, and IFS to help with mind-body connection and nervous system regulation.
