As an art therapist and nurse I know that the healing process includes the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of a person all being connected. Generally, my clients include children or adults interested in using art to explore and express their emotions, people wanting to heal from trauma or manage anxiety, those coping with a medical condition or event (including caregivers and those grieving the death of a loved one), and women navigating pregnancy, motherhood, or infertility. My style includes a focus on client strengths and providing practical interventions to help clients feel empowered to take control of their own lives.
