Hi there, I'm Andrea! I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in California’s Central Valley, and I work with individuals throughout the state. My approach is compassionate and client-centered. At the core, I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy should feel personal, collaborative, and tailored to who you are. I don’t use a rigid, one-size-fits-all method. Instead, I draw from a variety of well-researched approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
