I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in Colorado. I provide counseling for adults (ages 18+), with a focus on helping clients navigate trauma, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My therapeutic work is grounded in a systemic and client-centered approach, emphasizing collaboration, empowerment, and compassion. I strive to meet each person where they are, offering a safe, welcoming space to explore their experiences, gain insight, and create meaningful change.
