I’m passionate about helping people overcome obstacles and live fulfilling lives. Using a client-centered, evidence-based approach, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts and feelings and work together to develop strategies for managing difficult emotions and situations. I have extensive experience helping individuals heal from trauma and its effects. I also support those struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care that empowers clients to grow, heal, and thrive.
