I continue to be humbled that I have had the honor be a part of so many people’s stories. With 12 years experience as a Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with a wide variety of challenges, diagnoses, and levels of severity. I have a strong interest in working with adults struggling with anxiety/panic attacks, depression, life transitions, stress management, and grief. I also enjoy working with graduate students, pregnant/postpartum women, and medical professionals. I am currently accepting new clients online only, but do offer day and evening options.
