In my opinion, a personal style of therapy that is relatable, creative, and fun often helps clients get through those hard conversations about their personal struggles. That is why this has always been my approach with children, teens or adult clients. Whether you or your child are struggling with gender/sexuality identity, anxiety, depression, ADHD, negative self-image, behavioral disorders, disordered eating behaviors, trauma recovery, or other mental health concerns, I strive to be a positive addition to your support system and help you to achieve your personal goals. Additionally I often incorporate hands on activities/games or art projects as a way of helping clients understand concepts.
