I am passionate about working with individuals who are navigating the transition into/out of college who are facing anxiety and depression and individuals those from neurodivergent communities (ADHD, OCD). I also specialize in helping individuals navigate the overwhelming feelings that arise during relationship conflicts and major life transitions (i.e. college, pregnancy etc).
