With over 10 years of experience, I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the resilience of my clients. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change and lasting healing. I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges—whether that means managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or simply feeling stuck and wanting something more. I also have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, recognizing the unique pressures and strengths that come with those experiences.
