Welcome, I'm Andrea! My name is Andrea Tovar, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, based in the Central Valley and currently working with clients via telehealth. I am passionate about assisting others to achieve their best selves through therapy and support. I have found, through years of experience, that my approach and style have been suitable for adults of all ages who may be dealing with various life challenges or barriers. My experience includes working with adults who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or various life stressors in hopes of learning effective coping skills.
