My clients often look like they’re holding it all together on the outside, but inside they feel anxious, overwhelmed, or quietly grieving. They may be navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting stress with kids of all ages, or infant loss. They care deeply and hold themselves to high standards, yet feel exhausted and unsure. They want a safe place to exhale, process what they’re carrying, and feel more steady, confident, and like themselves again — without doing it alone. I offer 55 minute sessions that are focused on a specific goals including: perinatal/postpartum mood disorders, addressing depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, grief, and trauma.
