I am a licensed clinical social worker in the jurisdictions of Maryland, DC, and Virginia. I have 20 years of experience in the field working with adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships and parenting. I strive to assist my clients through the processes of embracing change, accepting, and healing. I utilize a holistic person centered approach to therapy. I offer a safe and compassionate space to process the challenges that may stand in your way of becoming your best self. In the first session, I will explain the therapeutic process, discuss the structure of the first session and complete and assessment to become acquainted with my client. During the session, we will discuss identified goals for counseling and schedule the next session.
